By purchasing the Luxe Life Planner or any related digital products, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Product Delivery
All products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you’ll receive instant access via email and your customer dashboard. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because these are digital files, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product is delivered.

3. Personal Use License
Unless you purchased a specific MRR or PLR license, all digital products are for personal use only.
You may not:

• Resell

• Redistribute

• Give away

• Share

• Rebrand

any part of the product.

4. Intellectual Property
All files, designs, layouts, artwork, and branding remain the property of the creator. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Access to Files
You are responsible for downloading and storing your files. If you lose your files, we will attempt to resend them, but access is not guaranteed indefinitely.

6. MRR / PLR Purchases
If your purchase includes Master Resell Rights or Private Label Rights, you will receive a separate license document outlining your permissions. You must follow the license guidelines provided.

7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from using the planner or any accompanying materials. Results vary per individual.
